Designing a Program Piece for a Live Event

I built this as a compact event-program spread: one page to set the mood, one page to organize the information someone might need.

This concept started with a simple question: how would I turn a single event listing into something that feels useful, polished, and appropriate for a historic performing arts venue?

Local Lens was a sample InDesign project I made to show how I approach public-facing nonprofit design. I wanted it to feel clean and easy to follow without looking too stiff or overdesigned, so I focused on clear hierarchy, spacing, and making the most important information easy to find right away.
