Designing a Program Piece for a Live Event

I built this as a compact event-program spread: one page to set the mood, one page to organize the information someone might need.

This concept started with a simple question: how would I turn a single event listing into something that feels useful, polished, and appropriate for a historic performing arts venue?

One spread, two jobs

A1 is built to catch attention and establish the event mood. A2 is built for clarity, with the practical information separated into readable sections.

Program, not poster

I kept the layout restrained so it would feel like something that could live inside a playbill or event program, not a standalone concert flyer.

Designed for real use

The second page includes the kinds of pieces a venue actually has to make room for: schedule details, presenter credits, and sponsor or ad space.
